RocklandDira reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any listing, suspend or terminate your account, or deny access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if we feel the need to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we believe a user has violated these Terms, posted misleading or inappropriate content, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to the platform or other users. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such removal or account closure.

10. Refund Policy

All subscription payments and listing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cases where RocklandDira removes a listing, suspends or closes an account, or terminates access to the platform due to a user's failure to comply with these Terms, posting false, misleading, or inaccurate information, or violating any of our rules or policies. By using RocklandDira, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued if your listing is removed or your account is suspended or terminated as a result of your non-compliance with these Terms or any violation of our rules.
